Our pillows are the standand 20” x 20” pillows; that is, the size futon cushions that you would normally find comfortable on a couch but not so big that they overwhelm the couch’s seating capacity. Futon cushions can either exactly match the futon cover or, for an even more pronounced effect, use coordinate colors to make both your futon pillows and futon cover become a focal point for the room.

Matching Pillows
You can purchase pillows in the same fabric as the futon cover that you’re buying for a clean and smooth effect. As you are placing the order for your futon cover, simply select “Add Matching Pillows” in the pull-down menu at the bottom of the fabric page. Coordinate Pillows

Why not live dangerously and use pillows for color accent rather than doing a disappearing act! We have two suggestions:

Suggestion #1: Use Coordinating Colors for your futon cushions to let your eye sweep through delicious color combinations that blend as though they were all created with each other in mind.

Select coordinate fabrics for futon pillows to compliment key colors in the futon cover fabric. Here’s our Serenity Futon cover with two coordinate fabrics – Au Natural and Premium Suede Royal. All three are from SIS Covers and were created to blend naturally!

Notice the beautiful brocade-like pattern of Au Natural and feel the softness of premium suede in Premium Suede Royal!

Best of all, the Serenity Futon Cover is a $69 Futon Cover (wow!), while the two pillows are made of much more expensive fabrics (Au Natural would be $115 for a full futon cover and Premium Suede Royal would be $90 for the same full futon cover). The two pillows will be gorgeous on your futon bed, but will cost you only the price of futon pillows!

Suggestion #2: Use striking complimentary colors to breathe even more life into the colors of the primary fabric than you thought it had.
